• Remove lip piercings before treatment
• Arrive 10 minutes early for your consent form
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING TREATMENT

Your appointment typically lasts 45–60 minutes.
- Consultation and consent form
- Pre-brushing with professional products
- Placement of cheek retractors and gum protection
- Application of whitening gel
- Two professional whitening cycles
- Final rinse and post-treatment protection
Most clients see an improvement of 4–20 shades depending on their starting color.
Aftercare – first 24 hours
Aftercare Instructions
Important:
Immediately after whitening, teeth are more porous and can absorb stains more easily. To protect your results, avoid dark foods and drinks for the first 24 hours.

• Red wine
• Dark soda
• Tomato sauces
• Soy sauce
• Curry
• Berries
• Beets
• Dark chocolate
• Sports drinks
• Smoking or vaping
Tip:
If you smoke or vape, rinse your mouth with water immediately afterward to help reduce staining.
